We Highly Recommend!! Southern Fumigation, Kim and Annette were both very helpful when we called to see if Southern could help us, we needed to have 3-buildings pretreated, for a construction schedule, and the pretreat needed to be done on a certain day, the tech called us ahead, the tech showed up on time, and performed the service, without any problems, the ladies helping in the office, were very kind, professional and helped fit our service in their current busy schedule. We recommend Southern Fumigation and will use them in the future, should we have a need for their service. I am a resident of Brandywine Apartments in Gainesville Florida (Alachua County). Unfortunately, my apartment building was infested with termites so they had a full fumigation. I was a little stressed about strangers coming into my home, robberies, etc. This company answered all my questions over the phone and really helped me prepare. Everything seemed to go as planned. Today, I can move back into my unit. It appears the unit was exactly how it was left. Hopefully the termites are gone. I have nothing to complain about with this company. UPDATE (a little over one month after the fumigation was finished): I have noticed significantly fewer flies, ants, pests, etc., in my apartment since the fumigation was finished. Pre-fumigation, I have noticed routine ants in my bathroom and sometimes flies in my bedroom. Now they are all gone. ~ Avi S

We purchased a home under sub termite bond with Southern Fumigation and while we didn’t chose them we are so grateful that they are the company we are “stuck” with! They are the most professional, prompt, and organized company. They are excellent at communicating, their pricing is competitive, and they do amazing work. We have an old historic wood home and have made the decision to undergo a tenting service and it has been the most seamless process. They are also excellent working with our tenants and our tenants feel respected, which is very important to us! Southern Fumigation recently tented and fumigated our house for a bedbug infestation. We highly recommend this business. Annette was very helpful, courteous, informative and prompt in responses as she advised us prior to the tenting. James was most reassuring as he surveyed our outside prior to the procedure. Terry was very precise and surveyed our inside preparation on the day of the fumigation. He called us 20 minutes before the all clear release 2 days after the set up, we met him, and retrieved our house keys. The crew were all polite and very efficient doing the set up. The fumigation did the job, and we are now bug free, of all bugs. So we certainly do highly recommend them. ~ Sam E

Excellent family owned business. They are extremely polite and very responsive. Their techs are friendly and efficient and do a first rate and thorough job. We have used them for pest control and termite treatment for years and have had nothing but excellent experiences. The most recent tech to service our house this morning was Reggie. He did a great job. He even called twice to let us know he would be a little late for the appointment even though he arrived only 5 minutes after the scheduled time. This company is one of a few businesses that actually do tent fumigations. I've worked with Kimberley to get all my buildings done. She made a terrible situation a least manageable by working with me. Also they throw in the subterranean termite treatment at no cost when the tent fumigation is scheduled, which is an added plus. The customer service is always great, and the people are very nice. I would highly recommend them for your termite needs. ~ Brittany C

I recently worked on a house that Southern Fumigation and Pest control did a fumigation and termite controls. I've dealt with customer service (Mandy) and also spoke with (Randall) These are very reasonable people, very understanding and professional individuals. Like always I read previous reviews before posting my own and I have nothing negative to say about this company. Bobby was the WDO inspector which is very knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection. With all the different types of insects that cause damage. He answered all my questions that I had about the different types and how to identify which ones by the damage visible. I never knew how complex this field is and after learning what I did from Bobby my hat goes off to anyone in the field. For a person to know all the types of wood destroying organisms, the damage they do and how to eliminate them. Also to crawl in dark small spaces, they definitely have a passion for what they do. Like myself I have a passion for what I do and that's what makes ones work stand out above the rest. Thanks again ~ Josh D

This was a great experience from beginning to end. The estimate process was completed within 7-Days and once approved we received everything electronically for our office to sign and we send all pdf's to tenants to sign. Finally!! A pest control company that does what the name implies. Not only has my technician saved us money on needless services, they actually show up on time. They usually send the same technician for each service, and for the 1 hour every 3 months they're somehow able to keep my home pest free...IN FLORIDA!! ~ Nik C

Jason went above and beyond and got us scheduled in ASAP when we told them what our concerns were with the older house we got. The prep was explained thoroughly and the cost was amazingly reasonable.
